    Hello, I would like to cordially invite all nursing and prenursing students to our Spring 2026 Psi Xi, Sigma Theta Tau Induction and Program . We are excited to have a guest panel of nurses for our program who will share their passion for nursing. Nick Wall, RN, MSN, CEN, TCRN, currently works in the KU Health System Emergency Department. He also teaches TNCC for the Health System, is a relief charge nurse, and a member of the forensics nursing team. He has been an adjunct for the University of Saint Mary in the past and also teaches Stop the Bleed in the Leavenworth Community. Nick graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with his MSN in 2020. Ben Mattick, RN, P-CCRN, CNPT, is a Pediatric and Neonatal Critical Care Nurse who currently works as a Critical Care Transport Nurse at Children's Mercy. His background before nursing was as an EMT working with 911 response teams. Ben graduated from Benedictine College in 2020. Dr. Michelle Krakar, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, currently serves as the Graduate Program Director at the University of Saint Mary. She earned her BSN and MSN in Nurse Education from Saint Mary. She has worked with the University since 2014 as an adjunct and professor. Her nursing experience includes Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Emergency Room, and Forensic Nursing. She was a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) nurse for several years.
